​General Return Policy: In order to maintain our low outlet pricing, sales are final on mattresses not marked “101 Night Comfort Promise” and on all foundations, adjustable bases, and pillows, Boxed bedding items may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and undamaged.

Comfort Promise: Select premium mattresses are marked with “101 Night Comfort Promise". Exchanges of these may be requested after testing for 14 nights, but no later than 101 nights after purchase. Exchanges may be approved for a restock fee if all other conditions are met. See store for details.
